Giuliano Antônio is a professional dancer, choreographer, and entrepreneur from Araguari, Brazil. His journey began through the “Adote um Artista” project at Studio A de Dança, leading him to become one of the most awarded tap dancers in Brazil, with over 25 titles, including Best Dancer at Dançaraxá 2015 and finalist at the Los Angeles Tap Battle 2014.

In 2019, Giuliano was recognized as one of the rising stars of tap dance in Brazil by Dança Brasil magazine.

Giuliano’s dynamic performances have taken him across Brazil, Argentina, the United States, and Europe. He has graced stages at renowned festivals like Tap in Rio, LA Tap Fest, DC Tap Fest, and the Chicago Human Rhythm Project. His international career highlights include performances at the Rio 2016 Olympics and Rock Street Mediterrâneo at the Rock in Rio Festival 2022.

In 2022, Giuliano founded and directed Giuliano Antonio Company, a tap dance company featuring various names from the new generation of Brazilian tap dancers. In 2020, he created the clothing brand Tap Dance for Life, designed by tap dancers for tap dancers; its entire collection sold out in less than three days upon its launch.

As a key figure in the tap dance community, Giuliano has collaborated with some of the industry’s most respected names, including Chloe Arnold, Maud Arnold, Melinda Sullivan, and Ryan Johnson. He joined the acclaimed company Sole Defined, directed by Ryan Johnson and Quynn Johnson, blending tap dance with body percussion, and performed with the MYTE (Metropolitan Youth Tap Ensemble) in Washington, D.C.

Giuliano is also a producer and advocate for the dissemination of tap dance knowledge, having co-produced the festival “TAP SHOW – Os pés não podem parar” in his hometown of Araguari. Currently, he hav served as a marketing consultant for Chloe and Maud Arnold’s social media, helping her reach a global audience of over 200,000 followers.

Giuliano holds a degree in Marketing from Esamc Uberlândia and applies his expertise to elevate dance projects and foster international collaborations. As he expands his impact in Europe, Giuliano is leading a series of dance workshops, aiming to inspire and connect dancers from around the world.
